WhatsApp Updates and Support

KiranaWorld may use WhatsApp Business to send grocery order updates and support messages to customers who contact us or opt in.

Message types

  • Authentication and OTP messages.
  • Order confirmation, payment, invoice, fulfilment, delivery, replacement, cancellation, refund, and customer support updates.
  • Marketing offers, product recommendations, or promotions only where you have opted in to receive them.

Opt-in

By providing your mobile number and choosing WhatsApp updates during checkout, account registration, support, or a campaign form, you consent to receive the selected WhatsApp message categories from us.

Opt-out

  • Reply STOP on WhatsApp to opt out of non-essential WhatsApp messages.
  • Contact support to update message preferences.
  • Transactional messages that are necessary to complete an active order may still be sent where permitted by law.

Human support

Customers can request human support by replying to a WhatsApp message, emailing support@zipbooks.in, or using the website contact details.

Data handling

WhatsApp conversations may be processed by WhatsApp, Meta, our WhatsApp Business Platform provider, hosting providers, and customer support systems for message delivery, security, support, and compliance. See the Privacy Policy for more details.
