- Order information including products, quantities, prices, payment method, delivery slot, invoices, cancellations, refunds, and support requests.
- WhatsApp opt-in status, message preferences, delivery notifications, and customer service conversation history when you contact us on WhatsApp.
- Technical information such as device, browser, IP address, cookies, usage logs, and fraud-prevention signals.
How we use information
- To create and manage your customer account.
- To process grocery orders, payments, VAT invoices, delivery, returns, cancellations, and refunds.
- To send OTPs, order confirmations, delivery status, invoice links, support responses, and important account notices.

WhatsApp communications
If you choose to receive WhatsApp updates, we may send transactional messages such as OTPs, order status, delivery updates, substitutions, invoices, and support replies.
