These terms apply when customers use KiranaWorld to browse groceries, place orders, pay, receive deliveries, and contact support.

Business identity

KiranaWorld is owned and operated by ZipBooks Software Solutions Private Limited from 201 Abhishree Avenue, Opp Hanumanji Temple, Nehrunagar, Ahmedabad 380015, Gujarat, India. The service is focused on grocery delivery in supported serviceable cities.

Orders and acceptance

  • An order is accepted only after we confirm availability, payment status where applicable, delivery address, and fulfilment capability.
  • We may contact you for unavailable products, substitutions, address clarification, payment issues, or delivery coordination.
  • We may refuse, cancel, or refund orders affected by pricing errors, stock issues, suspected fraud, or unsupported delivery locations.

Pricing, VAT, and payment

Prices are shown in INR. Taxes are applied as GST as applicable where required. Final totals may include delivery fees, discounts, refunds, or payment gateway adjustments shown at checkout and on the invoice.

Customer responsibilities

  • Provide accurate account, contact, and delivery information.
  • Be available at the selected delivery location and time.
  • Use the site and WhatsApp support channels lawfully and respectfully.
  • Do not misuse promotions, payment systems, refunds, or customer support workflows.

Product information

We aim to keep names, images, pack sizes, prices, stock, and descriptions accurate. Product packaging and availability may vary. Customers should review product labels before use, especially for allergens and storage instructions.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the affected order. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
