Delivery coverage
Delivery is available in supported cities and serviceable areas shown at checkout. If an address is outside the service area, the order may be cancelled and refunded where payment has already been collected.
Delivery slots
- Available delivery slots are shown at checkout.
- Delivery timing can change due to traffic, weather, stock checks, payment issues, or address clarification.
- We may contact customers by phone, SMS, email, or WhatsApp to coordinate delivery.
Delivery fees
Delivery fees, free-delivery thresholds, discounts, and VAT are displayed before checkout in INR.
Receiving orders
- Customers should inspect delivered products as soon as practical.
- Fresh, chilled, frozen, or perishable goods should be stored correctly immediately after delivery.
- If an item is missing, damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, contact support promptly with the order number and photos where possible.
